Local Warranty Support
GoGreenGH will clarify what warranty support can be provided in Ghana at the time of quotation. Some claims may require coordination with overseas service centres, approved partners, or parts supply channels.
Warranty coverage does not automatically include wear items, accident damage, unauthorised modifications, improper charging, or failure to follow maintenance guidance.
Battery and High-Voltage Components
Battery warranty terms are model-specific and may depend on state of health thresholds, charging practices, and installation of approved charging equipment.
Diagnostic reports and inspection findings before shipment form part of the condition record for warranty discussions.
No Expanded Warranty Unless Stated
Unless expressly included in your signed purchase agreement, GoGreenGH does not provide a separate warranty beyond manufacturer terms and any written after-sales commitments we confirm in writing.
